All Grosvenor Telecom engineers are trained to the highest standards in the latest installation techniques and the most up to date health and safety procedures and working practice.

Grosvenor Telecom is accredited by the NICEIC, Construction Line, the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) achieving the Gold standard award for quality assurance, the Joint Industry Board Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS), and the Confederation of Aerials Industries (CAI). The company includes members of the Institute of Engineering Technology (IET) and the Society of Cable and Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE).

In Telecare services Grosvenor Telecom is the first company of its kind to be accredited by the Telecare Services Association (TSA) insuring that the company not only trains its engineers to the highest technical standards, but also guarantees that their conduct in the homes of customers is appropriate.

All Grosvenor Telecom engineers are well informed of the latest equality and diversity issues and conduct themselves accordingly. All engineers are required to complete an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check.
