Accreditations

Grosvenor Telecom has maintained a number of industrial accreditations reassuring clients of a continued commitment to the highest standards. These accreditations include: Telecare Services Association (TSA), National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC), Confederation of Aerials Industries (CAI), National Security Inspectorate (NSI) – Gold Standard Assured (ISO 9001:2000), and Construction Line.

The staff at Grosvenor Telecom includes members of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), the Society of Cable and Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE), CAI Plus IRS/SMATV trained television engineers, as well as specialist engineers in broadcast electronics, electrical distribution, and telecommunications technology. The administration and support team at Grosvenor Telecom is operated by a mixture of experienced managers and highly motivated university graduates.

Grosvenor Telecom trains all service and installation engineers under the Joint Industry Board Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS).
